Course Number: CB101
Part 1
Course Description: This basic course introduces the beginner to starting the computer, key terms, system hardware, software and shutting the system down. The participant will use the UBC Microsoft Windows Manual to gain understanding of the Windows Operating System.

Part 2
Course Description: The intermediate course picks up where the basic course leaves off by utilizing UBC Module II Windows Manual to enhance the knowledge of the Windows user and make them more productive in file and disk management.

Part 1 and Part 2 Course Length: 24 hours.
Participants are urged to complete Parts 1 and 2 but must complete Part 1 prior to taking Part 2. Participants will receive a certificate of completion for each part successfully completed.
